Who is it for?

Designed to support managers who are technically competent but now need to lead teams, manage risk, and run the boiler house operation more effectively day-to-day. This course is the people- and performance-focused element of the Complete Boiler House Manager suite of courses.

What is it about?

This course provides an opportunity to develop or improve the management skills required to turn safe, efficient boiler house operation into a consistent, well-led system. It recognises that boiler house managers often move into the role from an engineering background, with limited formal leadership training.

Course Objectives

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

Format of course

Classroom based. There is no assessment. Remote live option also available. This course can be taken stand alone or as part of the Complete Boiler House Manager suite of courses. The course runs from 9am to 4:30pm.
