“It is fantastic news that we have become a Knowledge Partner with IHEEM to provide IHEEM members with quality steam training courses. We share a common goal and underpinning values. The opportunity to support IHEEM members through the provision of quality steam training courses is fantastic. Our training courses, many of which are City & Guilds accredited, are an ideal opportunity for IHEEM members to develop their skills and knowledge to help them to work safely in support of the healthcare sector. Did you know that our Spirax Sarco UK and Ireland training centre has been COVID secure since the beginning? Our training team has never stopped and has persevered in their commitment to our customers the whole way throughout this pandemic.
If you’re a frequent reader of this blog, you’ll have no doubt realised by now that I am – like many of my colleagues – passionate about the positive impact clean steam can make in the food and beverage sector.
There is no doubt that training as we know it has changed significantly since the UK and Ireland entered lockdown earlier this year with all face to face based training and development courses either cancelled or postponed to a later date.
Traditionally, all training courses delivered by the UK Steam Technology Centre (UKSTC) had been face to face. However, we have listened to what our customers say they need right now and have enhanced our offer with a range of choices across our training and development programmes.Simply fill out a few details below and the 2024 Training Courses Brochure will be emailed to your inbox.
The fact that you’re reading this suggests that, just like us, you have an interest in steam. The difference is: your level of familiarity with steam might not be as extensive as you’d like it to be – particularly if you’re responsible for plant maintenance or repair. Thankfully, help is at hand.
Our group company, Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, has launched its refreshed Sustainability strategy and announced four new targets, designed to accelerate sustainability performance.
