Line size separator & associated trap kit (Mod S1, S2 or S3). 3A certified steam filter (Mod CSF16 w/ 5 micron element). Pressure gauge assemblies up & downstream of the filter to provide visual indication of when elements need to be cleaned & replaced. Sample cooler for sampling steam downstream of the filter. Stainless steel pipe downstream of the filter. Sanitary check valve and sanitary components downstream. Isolation valves at key points to enable ease of maintenance of the separator, trap, and steam filter.

25MT Direct Acting Temperature Regulator
The 25 MT is best installed in a horizontal line with the adjustment knob at the top. A strainer before the valve will protect it from line dirt. Fit the strainer on its side and insure adequate clearance for screen removal.

Steel Float and Thermostatic Steam Trap 3" DN80 and 4" DN100 FT450
The Spirax Sarco 3" (DN80) and 4" (DN100) FT450 is a high capacity Float & Thermostatic steam trap. The float adjusts the position of the double seated main valve so that condensate is discharged continuously at the same rate as it enters the trap.

Pilot Operated Pressure Regulators 6" 25P
The 25P is a self-actuated pilotoperated pressure regulator. Downstream pressure is fed back through an external sensing line to the pressure pilot, which adjusts the opening of the main valve so as to maintain the set pressure. The valve meets Class IV shut-off specifications but is not suitable for dead-end service.

Cast Iron Float and Thermostatic Steam Trap FTI15, FTI30, FTI125,FT200
The Spirax Sarco FTI contains a float valve mechanism which modulates to discharge condensate continuously at steam temperature while non-condensible gases are released by a separate internal balanced pressure thermostatic air vent. The in-line piping connections simplify installation.
