This guide covers only a brief description of installation and maintenance for Spiratrol and QL valves.
The Stonel Limit Switch is for use with the K Series pneumatic control valves and PN5000/6000 actuators. It is mounted on the PN5000/6000 actuators and can provide visual indication if the valve is fully open, fully closed, partially open (0-100%) or partially closed (0-100%).
AEL7 series electric linear actuators are only suitable for the use on Spirax Sarco, Gestra and Hiter Valves.
The CA14 is a range of float type automatic liquid drainers for air and gas systems. The body and cover are of SG iron and the complete unit is readily maintainable. The standard version with a Viton valve cone is designated CA14. A stainless steel valve cone version is designated CA14S.
Spirax Sarco Float & Thermostatic Steam Traps are ideally suited for most HVAC and process applications. The spherical stainless steel float automatically adjusts the position of the main valve so that condensate is discharged continuously at the same rate as it enters the trap.
The 25E is controlled by an electric pilot valve. The main valve opens wide when the pilot is energized; it closes tight when the pilot is de-energized. The 25E does not modulate or throttle steam at part load.
A range of forged carbon steel compact manifolds with integral piston type stop valves for steam distribution and condensate collection duty. Manifolds can be used for either steam distribution duty or condensate collection duty depending on the way they are installed.
The trap contains a float valve mechanism which modulates to discharge condensate continuously at steam temperature, while non-condensible gases are released by a separate internal thermostatic air vent.
The USTS Steam Trap Station is designed to have inlet and outlet isolation valves, integral strainer with blowdown and test valve. Designed as a complete steam main drip or tracer steam trap station, the USTS will support all of the Spirax Sarco universal steam traps.
