Steam conditioning and trapping

These Food Contact Material (FCM) compliant products provide the following benefits:

• The CSF16 Steam Filter is a horizontal, in-line high efficiency filter used to remove contaminate particles from steam. Capable of providing 2µm (micron) filtration, in line with 3A Culinary Steam Standards.
• The S8F Separator is designed to remove water droplets from steam in direct or indirect contact with food. The improved steam dryness will maximise heat transfer and to protect downstream equipment.
• The Fig16L Food+ and Fig3616 Food+ Strainers will remove solid particles from the system and is recommended upstream of a CSF16 Steam Filter to maximise the service life of filter elements.
• The BTM7 Food+, BT6-B Food+ and BTS7.1 are Thermostatic Steam Trap options that are designed for removing condensate from steam systems. The BTM7 Food+ has the option of a screwed connection variant otherwise, these steam traps all have Sanitary type connections. The BTD52L Food+ is a Thermodynamic Steam Trap which has a screwed connection only.  All of these steam trap models are suitable for serving applications that are in direct or indirect contact with food.
• The AVM7 Food+ and AVM6.1 Food+ are maintainable Thermostatic Air Vents are designed for removing air and other non-condensable gases from steam systems that are in direct or indirect contact with food. The AM7 Food+ is available with a screwed connection.
