SteamVolt: Zero‑emission electric steam generation at scale

SteamVolt delivers high‑capacity steam generation using proven medium‑voltage electric heating technology, operating at up to 6.6 kV.

With power outputs up to 11MWe (from a single bundle) and steam capabilities up to 15 t/h, SteamVolt allows organisations to replace or supplement fossil‑fired boilers with a fully electric, zero‑emission alternative. 

Medium voltage technology enabling high power output, high system efficiency and reduced OpEx. Operating at higher voltage allows more power to be delivered at lower current, reducing electrical losses and infrastructure demands. This can mean smaller cabling and, in some cases, no need for transformers—cutting both capital expenditure and lifetime operating costs.

SteamVolt

SteamBattery: flexible thermal energy storage for carbon free steam

SteamBattery is a unique thermal energy storage and on‑demand steam generation system that converts electricity into stored hot water, releasing it later as flash steam whenever required. This solves a critical challenge: aligning variable renewable energy with continuous or fluctuating steam demand.
