Customer Sustainability Business Development Manager, Asia Pacific

Customer Sustainability Business Development Manager is the key role in the company to lead sales growth of solutions with quantified customer sustainability benefits as part of Customer Value Propositions (CVP). This role will be part of the APAC Business Development team, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, APAC.  

We are looking for a technically (engineering background) & commercially driven individual who will proactively drive Strategic Initiative 2 (SI2) “Customer Sustainable Solutions” under Customer First 2 Strategy.

About the role

Relevant Experience:

  • This role will work in close partnership with the 13 operating companies in Asia Pacific to act as APAC blackdot owner (BDO) for Strategic Initiative 2 (SI2). Also, the role would be a brand ambassador of Natural Technology to ensure full alignment and implementation of SI2 across the region.
  • In depth technical & commercial knowledge of the steam business
  • Direct sales / sales management experience
  • Good understanding of B2B environment & knowledge on product, application, competitor and marketing
  • Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills
  • Proven track record in Sales, Business Development or Product Management role
  • A strong drive to achieve results and high level of focusing on customer solution & business insight

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure full alignment and implementation of SI2 for APAC
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop comprehensive local sales strategies, including aspirations, target segments, customers & etc. to timely commercialise new Sustainability offerings
  • Lead capability development in operating companies through commercial & technical training / coaching, including customer sustainability benefits and integration with digital sustainability services
  • Contribute to ideation & development of new Sustainability offerings through strong partnership with Steam Business Development (SBD) to address market needs
  • Track operating companies progress on strategy deployment tool and ensure regular performance review with SI2 community
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the markets served to support development of business objectives and strategies
