The main responsibilities and duties of an Audit Service Engineer are:

• Responding to customer Audit service request;
• Evaluating and resolving problems of the customer;
• Consultancy in installation system and equipment;
• Analyzing, inspecting and reviewing findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands;
• Working alongside with technical sales engineers;
• Support for customer training;
• Providing customers with regular Audit reports and feedback on their service requests;
• Developing and maintaining relations with customers;
• Reporting common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference;
• Offering feedback on product development, features and functions.

Seniority:

Previous experience in providing engineering steam system and energy solution.
Experience directly involved in Steam systems.

Soft Skills:

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word.
• Valid driving licence.
• Maximum flexibility to work overtime as and when required.
