To produce 3 & 12 month forecast, using the planning templates.
To identify, plan and deliver business development initiatives
Maintaining relationships and business with existing customers
To report market trends to Management
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
Arranging after-sales support services
Preparing reports
Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet customers’ needs
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
Solving customer problems by solution selling

Requirements:
Engineering degree in Mechanical or Control & Instrumentation streams
Good knowledge of steam accessories and steam engineering
Around 20 years’ experience in steam related sales/service role, with 4-5 years in people management position.
Shall have handled the region and should have exposure in dealing directly with Customers in three or more of the following industry segments : Food & Beverage, Pharma, Chemical, Brewery, Textile, Plywood, Oil & Gas, Paper & pulp.
Should have exposure to direct selling to OEMs/EPCs/End-users & dealing with Engineering Consultants. Ideal would be handling 75% business through direct selling & 25% through distributors.
