The Spirax Sarco automatic pump trap is a flanged or screwed displacement receiver pressure rated to PN16. The unit is capable of automatically trapping or pumping, depending on pipeline conditions. The unit is operated by steam and is used to remove condensate from process plant under all operating conditions including vacuum.

Guida identificazione degli strumenti
Il modello degli strumenti pneumatici, che definisce le caratteristiche dello strumento, è composto da un numero di quattro cifre spesso seguito da un suffisso alfa-numerico. Nella tabella viene fornita una guida per l'identificazione e l'esatta designazione dei vari modelli. Si tenga presente che gli strumenti Serie 200 e 600 non seguono la tabella per quanto riguarda le prime due cifre che compongono il loro numero di modello (composto da tre invece di quattro cifre). Esso segue questa tavola a partire dalla terza cifra che definisce l'elemento di misura.
