未饱和水区
在任何压力下，在饱和温度以下的水成为不饱和状态。
例如，水在一个大气压和温度低于饱和温度100°C为不饱和。水在10个大气压下饱和温度为180°C，所以水在10个大气压和180°C以下为不饱和。
