The 25MP is a direct acting steam pressure reducing valve. Downstream pressure is fed back through an external sensing line.

EP6 Electro-pneumatic Positioner

The EP6 is a 2 wire loop powered positioner requiring a 4-20 mA control signal, and is designed for use with linear and rotary pneumatic valve actuators. The positioner compares the electrical signal from a controller with the actual valve position and varies a pneumatic output signal to the actuator accordingly.

Steam Filter Station FS Series

Pressure gauge assemblies up & downstream of the filter to provide visual indication of when elements need to be cleaned & replaced. Sample cooler for sampling steam downstream of the filter. Stainless steel pipe downstream of the filter. Sanitary check valve and sanitary components downstream. 25MP Direct Operated Pressure Regulator

The 25 MP is best installed in a horizontal line with the adjustment screw at the top. A strainer before the valve will protect it from line dirt. Fit the strainer on its side and ensure adequate clearance for screen removal.

PP6 Pneumatic Positioner

The PP6 positioner can control any valve that is actuated by a linear or rotary pneumatic actuator that conforms with NAMUR. It guarantees an exact proportionality between the stroke of the valve and the value of the pneumatic input signal into the positioner. The PP6 has a cast aluminium housing that is also treated for outdoor installation.

Cast Steel Float and Thermostatic Steam Traps FTB Super Capacity Series

The trap contains a float valve mechanism which modulates to discharge condensate continuously at steam temperature. Non-condensible gases are released by a separate internal balanced pressure thermostatic air vent.
