The Spirax Sarco model AP Acoustic Plate is designed to graduate the expansion across a valve, and therefore reduce valve noise. The acoustic plate absorbs the impact of the vent pressure at the downstream side of the valve.
The 4" PPF-P incorporates a spring-loaded, float-operated mechanism to activate a piloted double valve arrangement. This will alternatively pressurize and vent the pump body with motive gas, usually steam, to achieve pumping. The internal mechanism serves only to operate the pilot valve.
The Spirax Sarco BC1100 controller is part of an integrated range of boiler house equipment, designed for DIN rail or chassis mounting. The controller is used in conjunction with a Spirax Sarco conductivity sensor and blowdown valve to monitor and control the concentration of total dissolved solids (TDS) in steam boilers.
The DAB Series desuperheater is designed with the purpose of efficiently reducing the steam temperature up to the required one. The DAB Series desuperheater is also part of a steam line, including a distribution system (pipes) with nozzles connected to it. These nozzles are strategically positioned to obtain an ideal mixture and a rapid vaporization of the cooling water. The inlet of cooling water is controlled by a control valve.
The EP6 is a 2 wire loop powered positioner requiring a 4-20 mA control signal, and is designed for use with linear and rotary pneumatic valve actuators.
The BC3250 is a blowdown controller for steam boilers. It controls TDS (total dissolved solids – salts in solution) by opening and closing a blowdown valve. It also controls a bottom blowdown valve, which removes precipitated solids from the bottom of the boiler shell.
The EP6 Electro-pneumatic positioner can control any valve that is actuated by a linear pneumatic actuator that conforms with NAMUR. It guarantees an exact proportionality between the stroke of the valve and the value of the electrical input signal (mA) into the positioner.
The SMAV steam distribution manifold is a fabricated assembly designed for vertical installation to provide up to 12 steam distribution points. The compact design provides easy access for isolation valve operation and maintenance, while the mounting and connection arrangement permits fast flexibility of installation. Used in conjunction with the forged or fabricated condensate collection manifolds
The trap contains a float valve mechanism which modulates to discharge condensate continuously at steam temperature, while non-condensible gases are released by a separate internal balanced pressure thermostatic air vent.
The EP6 is a 2 wire loop powered positioner requiring a 4-20 mA control signal, and is designed for use with linear and rotary pneumatic valve actuators. The positioner compares the electrical signal from a controller with the actual valve position and varies a pneumatic output signal to the actuator accordingly.
