HP70 Series Bimetallic Steam Trap

The Spirax Sarco HP70 bimetallic steam trap is made of forged steel, and designed for draining high pressure, high temperature steam lines and processes. This steam trap, which is specially designed for HP steam, has a reinforced stainless steel insert within the body and can be repaired online. Normally open in the event of failure, it has a retaining valve, a built-in strainer screen and an external device for adjusting the discharge temperature of the condensate.

EL5600 Series Electric Linear Actuators

EL5600 series electric linear actuators are for use with LE and KE two port valves, QL three port valves and all bellows sealed options. Actuators will normally be supplied fitted to the control valve. When supplied separately, ensure the actuator selected is capable of giving the force necessary to close the two port or three port valve against the expected differential pressure.

Level Controller LC2300

The Spirax Sarco LC2300 is used to control the positioner of a pneumatic valve in response to a signal from a capacitance probe, providing proportional modulating control of liquid levels.

PP6 Pneumatic Positioner

The PP6 is a pneumatic positioner requiring a 0.2 to 1 bar control signal, and is designed for use with linear and rotary pneumatic valve actuators. The positioner compares the pneumatic signal from a controller with the actual valve position and varies a pneumatic output signal to the actuator accordingly.

Direct Acting Temperature Regulator 25 MT

The 25 MT is a self-actuated temperature control valve with a calibrated dial for accurate temperature setting. A variety of solid-fill sensing bulbs are available (see TI-1-1123-US). The standard capillary tubing length is 8 feet, with an optional standard length of 15 feet.

Pilot Operated Pressure Regulators With Electric Override 6" 25PE

The 25PE has all of the features of the 25P, with the addition of an electric pilot. An electrical signal can override the pressure pilot. This valve meets Class IV shut-off specifications but is not suitable for dead-end service.

The Spirax Sarco S20 sensor chamber is fitted with conductivity and temperature sensors used to determine the conductivity of liquids. The use of a temperature sensor enables an accurate measurement to be made when the temperature varies, as in the case of condensate return monitoring systems.
