Currently, Jennifer is the Product Manager for Spirax Sarco, Inc and manages the Steam Plant Essentials product line that includes all mechanical products within the Spirax Sarco product portfolio.

Chris is the Service Operations Manager responsible for Back Office Support, Steam Trap Surveying, Asset Managed Contracts, and our Plant Audit/Assessment Engineers for Spirax Sarco USA. Prior to his current role, he worked as a new product introduction manager for a large contract manufacturing company. Chris is PMP Certified and holds his BSME from the University of South Carolina.

Having worked within the United Kingdom Chemical industry for 18 years, initially within new product development before moving into process plant management, Iain joined Spirax Sarco in 2008 within the UK service team. Today, his primary focus is supporting our customers through improved process uptime, via safe and effective preventative maintenance programs, in addition to improving process performance and energy optimization, through comprehensive steam system audits.
