Steam is a highly efficient medium for the heating of hot water and other process fluids. Steam plate heat exchangers are an increasingly popular solution as they are reliable, compact and very efficient.

Spirax Sarco can provide ancillaries, controls and condensate removal for a wide range of process heating applications. Certain process equipment may be prone to stall and waterlogging. The APT automatic pump trap range has been specifically designed to provide effective condensate removal from a wide range of process equipment, including process vessels, vacuum equipment, heat exchangers and heater batteries.

In addition to the component parts of the system Spirax Sarco also offer a complete range of compact packaged systems for process heat exchange, known as the Easiheat range.
