The MFP14 and Pivotrol series of automatic pumps are available in carbon steel and stainless steel (ASTM) bodies. They are typically used to lift steam condensate and other liquids to higher levels. Their mode of operation is by acting as a displacement receiver, typically using steam or compressed air as the motive fluid making them ideal for the Oil and Petrchemical Industry.

The pumps can be skid mounted to meet your specific requirements as an Engineered System, or, alternatively, as a standard Packaged Pump Skid.

Packaged pump skids

MFP14-PPU

We offer a range of vented automatic packaged pump units (PPU), using the MFP14S, MFP14SS, or Pivotrol series of pumps. These are plug-in systems specifically designed to collect and pump hot condensate; commonly returned for use as boiler feedwater. The whole system is capable of handling capacities up to 6 000 kg/h, with pump delivery heads ranging from 4 - 80 m and comes complete with a skid mounted base plate.

Operated by steam or compressed air/gas the MFP14-PPU can be tailored to meet a wide variety of condensate handling applications.

  • Duplex, triplex and stainless steel versions are available on request.

Automatic Pump Trap - APT14SHC

APT14

The APT14SHC is a carbon steel automatic pump trap, which operates as a steam trap or pump depending on pipeline conditions. When in pumping mode the APT14 is powered by steam and can remove condensate under all operating conditions, including vacuum.

The APT14 can also be skid mounted as a Packaged Pump Unit coming complete with all ancillary equipment and receiver ready as a "plug-in" system.
