Component Descriptions

Part Component Function
1 Isolating Valve to isolate the installation from the steam supply
2 Strainer to protect the control valve from detritus
3 Control Valve to regulate the steam flow to the steam coil
4 Vacuum Breaker to prevent condensate backsyphoning into the steam system
5 Air Vent to rid air from the system automatically
6 Isolating Valve to isolate the coil for maintenance purposes
7 - 10 inc. Steam Supply Trap Set
11 Temperature Controller to regulate the valve position
12 Strainer (angled) to protect the float trap from detritus
13 Ball Float Steam Trap to remove condensate from the battery
14 Sight Check Valve to prevent condensate backfeeding into the trap
15 Isolating Valve to isolate the trap and coil for maintenance purposes
