Component Descriptions

Part   Component Function
1 Separator to protect the reducing valve from wet steam
2 - 6 inc. Separator Steam Trap Set  
7 Isolating Valve to isolate the first reducing station from the steam supply
8 Strainer to protect the reducing valve station from detritus
9 Pressure Gauge to monitor the upstream pressure
10 Reducing Valve to reduce the high pressure supply for the second reducing valve
11 Pressure Gauge to monitor the control pressure of the first reducing valve
12 - 16 inc. Drain Point Steam Trap Set  
17 Isolating Valve to set the pressure of the first reducing valve under no load conditions
18 Reducing Valve to reduce the medium pressure supply for low pressure use
19 Safety Valve to protect the downstream equipment from overpressure
20 Pressure Gauge to monitor the control pressure
21 Isolating Valve to set the pressure of the second reducing valve under no load conditions
