The reciprocal calculation is also possible whereby, knowing the steam flowrate to a heat exchanger or air heater battery, the coresponding heat load can be ascertained.

• Steam Flow Rate to Heat Rating - Convert the steam flowrate to any heat exchanger to the corresponding heat transfer rate.

• Heat Rating to Steam Flow Rate - Convert any heat exchanger's heat rating to the corresponding steam flowrate.
