Customer Training
This training comes in two form namely standard and customized. While standard training provides a general insight into steam characteristics and its uses, customized training serves as an introduction to the optimal uses and maintenance of the product you wish to be trained on.
To enhance the effectiveness of the training, we have an in-house demonstration rig, which allows for hands-on practice in relation to the training topic.

Onsite Audit
This is a detailed field survey, which calls for an in-depth look at your complete steam and condensate loop. The objective of the survey is to reduce your operational costs through good steam system management and highlight any health and safety issues.

Steam Trap Survey
The steam trap survey will identify, tag and test every steam trap station on your plant. We will confirm whether it is suitable for application, working correctly, or failed in open or closed position.
This information is entered into a computerised Steam Trap Management System which shows a full inventory of your traps, their location, status and suitability for the application. Failed traps are highlighted, and steam losses calculated giving payback times and replacement of the failed traps.
A detailed report with recommendation and advice on the need for service or replacement will be submitted.

Maintenance Contract
We offer maintenance contract that covers a bi-yearly maintenance of your equipment. Our engineers will be more than pleased to discuss with you on your requirement. Moreover, details of the maintenance can be customized to accomodate your operation schedule and needs. This service is available for Singapore customers only.
