Company Overview
Spirax Sarco and many of their world-wide associate companies have been in business for more than ninety years providing continuous service to steam users by offering solutions to the many product and process application challenges, that steam and other industrial fluids incur from time to time. The company has developed unique solutions that enable processes to operate more effectively and efficiently, thereby increasing production, reducing maintenance and reduced energy costs and much, much more. This is available as a result of the pooled knowledge and experience throughout the Spirax Sarco organization world-wide.
Spirax Sarco Private Limited (Singapore) was established in September 1978 as a Regional Office for South East Asia. The offices and warehouse were first situated on small site in Tagore Lane and had an initial workforce of 10 people. The original vision of Spirax Sarco Singapore was to provide warehousing and sales support to local and regional Resellers, Agents and Distributors.

| During the mid 1980's we developed our Technical Support Team so we could support our End User customers and, by passing on our systems and product knowledge, provide them with a more valuable service. This Technical Team was able to provide a variety of support services such as technical training, on-site audits, technical consultation, product recommendation, steam trap surveys, etc. We have since built a Training Centre with a demonstration rig to facilitate sharing our accumulated knowledge and experience with our customers. In addition, the team has grown into a full-fledged Technical Support and Services Department that is responsible for Product Maintenance and Repair where we can service customers' equipment. Although not all services provided in Singapore are available regionally, our customers overseas are assisted by Technical Engineers who travel the region or are attached to our Agents and Distributors. |

The Singapore operation provides product and technical support in Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam. Other nations within the area such as China, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand are served by their own Spirax Sarco Associates.
