The SP300 range of communication positioners is the smart and flexible option for today's modern processing environments. A non-contact "Hall Effect" sensor was used to detect changes in the magnetic flux when the control valve stem moves. It is then feed-back to the positioner to alter the air signal to the actuator. The benefit in using a Hall Effect sensor is to solve the problem of difficult access due to environment hinderance and process instability due to vibration in the plant.

The SP300 is the answer for applications that require addressable or networked communications capability with no compromise in performance even under extreme environmental conditions.
