Our holistic approach to your steam systems is supported by 1,100 engineers working in 33 countries worldwide and experts in each discipline of the steam system.

Spirax Sarco Singapore (Regional Head Office)

Spirax Sarco Private Limited was established in September 1978 and is now the Regional Office for Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines and Indo-China.

We are a sales and distribution office with warehousing facilities in Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines.

In delivering Spirax Sarco's KSP philosophy, the Singapore operation is equipped with a Technical Centre that comes with a demonstration rig to facilitate sharing of our accumulated knowledge and experience with our valued customers.

Our Controls Test Station and Service Bay were set-up for product assembly and product quality control.

In addition to being a Sales and Distribution office, our services also includes repair and maintenance of our customer's equipment, onsite-audits, technical consultation, product / system recommendation, steam trap surveys and etc.

Although not all services provided in Singapore are available regionally, our customers overseas will be assisted by our trained engineers in their respective territories and Singapore engineers who travel the region.

We draw upon our worldwide and regional resources in bringing you the one-stop service and total solution that sets us apart. From initial consultation to effective solutions, our goal is a safe and reliable steam system that improves your productivity.

Spirax Sarco Hong Kong

We have an experienced and dedicated team in Hong Kong who are responsible for sales and services to customers in Hong Kong and Macau.

Spirax Sarco Indonesia

In Indonesia, we have sales offices in the major cities and warehousing facilities in Jakarta and Medan.

The sales operation is administered by our agents namely PT Petrolog Multi Usaha Mandiri (for Java) and PT Centrindo Palmax (for Sumatra). Spirax Sarco's presence is to provide sales and technical support to both our agents and our valued customers.

In Java, the main office is in Jakarta with satellite offices in Bandung, Lampung, Semarang, and Surabaya for proximity and efficient service delivery.

In Sumatra, the main office is in Medan overseeing the satellite office in Pekan Bahru.

Spirax Sarco Philippines

The Spirax Sarco Philippines office provides sales and technical services to customers for the whole of Philippines. The main sales office is strategically located in Makati which is equipped with warehousing facilities. To better serve our customers, we also have satellite offices located in Bacolod, Cebu, Davao and Iligan.

Spirax Sarco Indo-China

At present, customers from the Indo-China countries, namely Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar, are being taken care by our sales office in Vietnam.

The main office for Spirax Sarco Vietnam is in Ho Chi Minh with a satellite office in Hanoi.

Our Vietnam agent - Delta Hardware & Industry Ltd - handles the sales operations while Spirax Sarco provides the sales and technical support to both our agents and our valued customers.
