Flash Recovery from TDS Control System

Recovering energy from flash steam and residual blowdown.

19	Drain Valve	to drain the pumped circuit for maintenance purposes
20	Plate Heat Exchanger	to heat the make-up water from the blowdown water
21	Temperature Sensor	to activate the pump during blowdown periods
22	Flash Condensing Head	to condense flash steam in the boiler feedtank
