Our CS10 separator has been specifically designed and tested for clean and pure steam dryness requirements. Extensively modelled and tested, with application of this unit we can ensure your steam will meet your dryness requirements.

Applications include clean and pure steam distribution networks, humidifier and steriliser delivery lines.

Our filters are designed to remove both moisture and particulates from your steam system for non-critical applications.

Housing and sintered elements are constructed from 316L stainless steel.

Applications include plant steam services to batch heating vessel jackets, plate and frame heat exchangers and high-grade equipment where plant steam contaminants may foul your critical heat transfer area and thus compromise performance and maintenance.

The CVS10 sanitary check valve has been designed specifically for use in the bio-pharmaceutical industry for applications with high-purity fluids. Optional seat designs and materials are available to ensure correct, reliable and effective operation for the distinctive operating conditions:

• metal seats for clean and pure steam.
• soft seats for gases and liquids.

The 316L stainless steel AVM7 is a maintainable thermostatic air vent for removing air and other non-condensable gases from clean and pure steam systems.

Featuring minimal crevices, the AVM7 operates close to steam temperature.

Our in-line sight glass is a full-bore design to fit high-purity tubing thus allowing visual indication of media flows.

Constructed from 316L stainless steel, toughened borosilicate glass and FDA complaint elastomers our units are suitable for CIP and SIP operations.
