Component Descriptions

Part Component Function
1 Ball Valve to isolate the installation from the steam supply
2 Steam Filter to clean the steam to the required filtered standards
3 Ball Valve to isolate the sample cooler from the steam supply
4 Pressure Regulator / Reducing Valve to reduce pressure for the process
5 Rotary valve actuator to drive the on-off valve
6 Sanitory Ball Valve to isolate the chamber from the steam supply
7 Balanced Pressure Steam Trap to remove air from the system
8 Ball valve to isolate the air vent from the steam supply
9 Balanced Pressure Steam Trap to remove air from the chamber
10 Ball valve to isolate the air vent from the steam supply
11 Ball Valve to isolate the drain trap from the steam supply
12 Thermodynamic Steam Trap to drain the autoclave steam header
13 Thermodynamic Steam Trap to drain the filter of condensate
14 Sample cooler to sample and test the steam quality
15 Ball Valve to isolate the steam trap from the jacket
16 Steam Trap to drain the jacket of condensate
17 Ball Valve to isolate the steam trap from the chamber
18 Steam Trap to drain the chamber of condensate
