Engineers, designers, energy engineers/managers, project managers, estimators and facilities/operations personnel who are responsible for condensate recovery, pressure and temperature control, and boiler room systems.

Subjects covered:
The Spirax Sarco Pressure and Temperature Control course is designed to educate participants on control theory and the different types of control valves and actuators available in today’s marketplace.

The course includes principles of pressure and temperature control systems including: on/off and modulating control loops, sensors, controllers, and safety considerations. A full range of valve types are discussed including: direct/selfacting, pilot operated, PN/EL actuated, ball valves, and piston actuated valves.

The course finishes with a hands-on session performing actual bench setting of a control valve and associated instrumentation.
