MSC Manifolds - ASTM
Spirax Sarco supply a range of forged carbon steel compact manifolds with integral piston type stop valves for steam distribution and condensate collection duty. Rated to ANSI class 300 they are available with 4, 8 or 12 connections and can be supplied fitted with steam traps for quick installation projects, at extra cost.
A DIN version is available with 8 connections - see product literature for details.
Tracer line and drain connections are available in sizes DN15, DN20 and DN25. The steam main / condensate return connection is DN40.

Quick Fit Compact Steam Trapping Solutions
The PC pipeline connector's unique design allows steam traps to be quickly and easily replaced in a matter of minutes by undoing two bolts. PC pipeline connectors are available in a range of configurations for use with swivel connector steam traps, from a simple connector and trap to a complete steam trap station.
Options include piston valves to provide temporary isolation, a bypass valve to maintain a live steam system, depressurisation valves and integral strainers.
A complete complementary steam trap range is available.
Pipeline connectors are available with screwed, socket weld and flanged end connections.

Fig 34 Strainer
The Fig 34 is an integrally flanged Y-type strainer designed to remove rust, scale and other debris from the pipeline. It is produced from carbon steel, ASTM material. The product is available with material certification to EN 10204 2.2 as standard and EN 10204 3.1.B for body and cap by order.
Available with a stainless steel or Monel screen, the strainer is available in sizes up to DN200, Standard flange ANSI Class 150 and 300, JIS /KS 20.
UTDM42L Thermodynamic Steam Trap for use with Pipeline Connectors
The UTDM42L is a fully maintainable thermodynamic steam trap manufactured in austenitic stainless steel with replaceable seat. It is designed for steam pressures up to 42 bar g.
When installed with a suitable pipeline connector the UTDM42L can easily be removedwithout breaking into the pipeline, speeding up trap replacement with minimal system downtime.
SIB30, SIB30H and SIB45
The SIB30 and SIB30H are all stainless steel sealed inverted bucket steam traps for pressures up to 30 bar, available in sizes DN15 - DN20 with flanged or socket weld connections (screwed connection also available).
The SIB45 is available in sizes DN20 and DN25 for pressures up to 45 bar g.
TD62M and TD62LM
The TD62LM and TD62M are maintainable high pressure thermodynamic steam traps with integral strainer and a replaceable seat to ease maintenance. They have been specifically designed for mains drainage applications up to 62 bar g.
CA44 Air and Gas Trap
The CA44S is a carbon steel ball float air and gas trap for pressures up to 40 bar. It is available in sizes DN40 and DN50.
MFP14-PPU Packaged Pump Skids
The Spirax Sarco MFP14-PPU vented automatic pump packaged unit, is a plug-in system specifically designed to collect and pump hot condensate; commonly returned for use as boiler feedwater. The whole system is capable of handling capacities up to 6 000 kg/h, with pump delivery heads ranging from 4 - 80 m and comes complete with a skid mounted base plate.
Operated by steam or compressed air/gas the MFP14-PPU can be tailored to meet a wide variety of condensate handling applications.
The standard pump is manufactured from SG iron and cast steel.
Duplex, triplex and stainless steel versions are available on request.
Process Heat Exchanger Skids
A wide range of standard and bespoke skid mounted units for pumping, heat exchange and metering are available from Spirax Sarco. Shown are hot water and oil skids produced for Bergeson FPSO 'Berge Helene'.
The first was a 40MW hot water circulation skid, providing hot water at 125°C and 150°C through heat exchangers using saturated steam at 40 barg as the primary medium. The skid included three hot water circulation pumps, instrumentation, control valves and all pipeline equipment.
The second skid was an oil circulation package, heating crude oil up to 72°C for processing. The skid included one 5.5MW hot water/crude oil heat exchanger and three 500kW screw pumps having a maximum discharge pressure of 100 barg. The skid was supplied complete with instrumentation, control valves and all pipeline equipment.
