Sensilevel are magnetic-level switches designed for the most demanding industrial applications and used in control, security and supervision.
A magnetic cylinder fixed to the float stem flows inside a magnetic well and interacts with the magnet of the circuit-breaker secured to the outside of the cockpit by triggering it when it enters its field of action. As the level changes, the magnetic cylinder exits the magnet range and a spring retracts the switch to idle position.
This type of level control has a displacer supported by a calibrated spring that drives a magnetic piston fixed to the stem, sliding it into a magnetic well. By leveraging the principle of the hydrostatic thrust of Archimede - the displacer is heavier than the liquid shifted - each level variation acts on the load of the contrast spring and, consequently, on the magnetic piston and the switch mechanism.

Alcuni modelli di Sensilevel, in funzione del tipo di controllo che devono effettuare, possono avere fino a tre meccanismi interruttori, dotati di microinterruttori con contatti a lamina metallica, anche in esecuzioni speciali ermeticamente sigillate od antivibrazioni.
