Part Component Function
1 Blowdown Controller to control the operation of the TDS control valve
2 Conductivity Sensor to monitor the conductivity of the blowdown water
3 TDS Control Valve to regulate the flow of the blowdown water to waste
4 Isolating Valve to isolate the blowdown line for maintenance
5 Strainer to protect the system from detritus
6 Ball Float Steam Trap to drain the separator of condensate
7 Isolating Valve to isolate the TDS control system from the blowdown line
8 Drain Valve to drain the separator for maintenance purposes
9 Vacuum Breaker to prevent back-syphoning of water from the feedtank
