Component Descriptions

Part Component Function
1 Check Valve to prevent condensate falling back down the condensate riser
2 Vacuum Breaker to allow condensate to drain down the falling line
3 Air Vent to remove any air locks in the condensate line
4 Check Valve to prevent backsyphoning of condensate
5 Isolation Valve to isolate the pump from the condensate receiver
6 Strainer to protect the pump from detritus
7 Isolation Valve to isolate the pump from the steam supply
8 Strainer to protect the pump from detritus
9 Isolation Valve to isolate the pump from the steam supply
10 - 12 inc. Steam Trap Set for Pump Steam Supply
13 Isolation Valve to isolate the pump from the receiver
14 Check Valve to ensure directional flow through the pump
15 Condensate Pump to pump condensate from the receiver
16 Check Valve to ensure directional flow through the pump
17 Isolation Valve to isolate the pump from the condensate system
