Flow Control

Pneumatic flow control to wort boiler using Spirax Sarco pneumatic controls, steam conditioning equipment and condensate drainage equipment.

Temperature Control

The mash tun in a decoction system is normally fitted with steam jackets and sometimes steam coils in order to maintain the wort temperature, particularly during the rests.

Spirax Sarco pneumatic temperature control valves are used to control the steam flow into the jackets.
